Jackie Adler | Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Jackie focuses on media and public relations, while supporting the development of key messages, brand narrative and communications plans.
Joe Apgar | Chief Executive Officer
Joe is responsible for driving forward the strategic vision of Pelotonia to grow the organization’s impact, as well as overseeing all day-to-day operations.
Carolyn Appelhans | Community Engagement Director
Carolyn is responsible for leading the strategic planning, recruitment, coordination, and ongoing communication with all Pelotonia Volunteers, Riders, and Challengers.
Emily Delp | Gift Processing Manager
Emily facilitates the processing of all donations and matching gifts, as well as having a variety of responsibilities meant to support stewardship and donor relations of the organization.
Nick Denby | Chief Financial Officer
Nick is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing all the internal financial and information technology strategies and systems of the organization.
Ashley Ellashek | Merchandise Manager
Ashley oversees our merchandise program which includes The Shop at the Pelotonia HQ, our online store, as well as merchandise tents on Ride Weekend and throughout the year.
Lauren Graham | Event Operations Director
Lauren is responsible for the planning and execution of all operational aspects of Pelotonia’s annual Ride Weekend and additional events throughout the year.
Callan Hash | Executive Administrator
Callan supports the administrative objectives of Pelotonia’s CEO, Joe Apgar. She also oversees human resource initiatives and office function.
Grace Jenkins | Gift Processing Coordinator
Grace is responsible for the accurate and timely receiving, processing, and acknowledging of charitable donations as well as managing Pelotonia's matching gift systems in order to maximize fundraising revenue.
Ellie Madison | Digital & Creative Marketing Coordinator
Ellie is responsible for planning and implementing our social media, creative content, graphic design, and creative production processes, as well as identifying engagement, storytelling, and stewardship opportunities for the organization.
Eric Olsavsky | Vice President of Community Engagement & Partnerships
Eric is responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with corporations, corporate foundations and private foundations in order to secure significant cancer research dollars.
Maddie Parisi | Event & Volunteer Operations Coordinator
Maddie oversees Pelotonia's Volunteer program and supports various operational aspects of Ride Weekend.
Brandon Simpauco | Marketing & Communications Manager
Brandon is responsible for research and impact messaging, content, and partnership programs.
Marcela Tapp | Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Marcela focuses on digital strategy, including website, marketing emails and newsletters, as well as supporting the merchandise program.
Doug Ulman | Senior Advisor to the CEO
Doug is responsible for developing partnerships and strategic initiatives to significantly increase the organization's fundraising and impact, and also serves as a senior advisor to the CEO.
Alexa Waldron | Partnership Experience Coordinator
Alexa is responsible for providing high-level stewardship and service to the partners that ensure Pelotonia's most important promise to the community – that 100% of participant-raised funds are directed to innovative cancer research.
Erika Walker | Philanthropy & Stewardship Manager
Erika supports relationship-building and stewardship with community members, with the goal of increasing philanthropic support for the organization.
Katie Wilson | Marketing & Communications Director
Katie provides strategic leadership for Pelotonia’s marketing and communications function, overseeing branding, content strategy, and internal and external communications.
Colin Wright | Event & Volunteer Operations Coordinator
Colin supports all operational aspects of Ride Weekend and additional Pelotonia events.
Steph Zimmerman | Special Assistant to the Vice Chair
Steph is responsible for supporting the strategic and administrative objectives of Vice Chair, Doug Ulman. She also serves as Pelotonia’s Board Liaison.
