Pelotonia Volunteer FAQs

When is Ride Weekend 2025?

Opening Ceremony is on August 1 and Ride Weekend will be held from August 2-3, 2025.

When is Gravel Day 2025?

Gravel Day will be held on October 4, 2025.

Is there an age requirement to participate in Pelotonia?

The minimum age to Ride or Volunteer is 14; however, any age can participate in Pelotonia as a Challenger.

Can I still volunteer if I’m registered as a Rider?

Yes, you can register as all three participant types (Rider, Volunteer, and Challenger) if you would like! Simply select the options you want during the registration process. You will use the same log-in to access your information for each participation type.

Can I volunteer at both Ride Weekend and Gravel Day?

Yes! You can register for Ride Weekend and Gravel Day opportunities at this time.

Do Volunteers have a fundraising commitment?

While there isn’t a Volunteer fundraising commitment, they don’t hold back when it comes to raising dollars for cancer research. Volunteers can create a profile, share stories, and use all of the same fundraising tools as Riders and Challengers.
